comfortable bed central location electrical problems city hall
The room was a Superior Double Room. The bed and pillow were very comfortable in it. The location was excellent because it was so central.
There was a bell from city hall that rings every 15 minutes. It starts at eight in the morning and continues until midnight. Half the outlets in the room did not work at times. The other half did work at times. The electrical problems were weird.

i found my room ready upon arrival. the location was really good, convenient for exploring. the breakfast selection was extensive. the staff were accommodating and always ready to assist, demonstrating genuine hospitality.
the town hall bells are audible at regular intervals, even with closed windows, it might bother light sleepers.

the staff addressed requests quickly. they provided helpful directions to nearby attractions. the reception was staffed 24/7, ensuring assistance at any hour. staff members spoke fluent english which helped with communication.

the room featured a large bed. i found the bathroom spacious. a kettle was provided along with tea and coffee supplies. an ironing board and iron were available, useful for maintaining clothes.

Breakfast included waffles and pancakes. There was also a waffle station. the hotel has a restaurant on the premises. cold drinks had a good selection, especially juice varieties. staff members spoke excellent english.

inaccurate description carpet floor
the breakfast offered a nice variety, a plus.
The hotel description stated the rooms had air conditioning, but this wasn't accurate. opening a window was the only option for cooling the room. also, i found that having carpet on the floor wasn't very hygienic. A different type of flooring would be better.

wow what a great find!
great location breakfast buffet convenient fridge drinkable water
i loved the location! the proximity to tivoli gardens and the main shopping street was amazing, and the central train station access made exploring super easy. the breakfast buffet was really great with many options. i thought the room size was decent, and it included a fridge and tea kettle, so convenient! the tap water being drinkable was also a nice perk.
the bathroom had a sliding frosted glass door, which didn't give much privacy.
