a decent stay
convenient location friendly staff helpful assistance check-in delay late cleaning unacceptable service
the location was convenient for exploring. the staff were generally friendly. the concierge offered helpful assistance .
check-in was delayed by a couple of hours. housekeeping only cleaned my room after i called to complain. i found this unacceptable for a hotel of this class i had to wait until 6pm.

spacious room high ceilings blackout shades
the room was spacious with high ceilings. blackout shades did a fine job. a parting gift even was because of comments about liked products.
the check-in time was late for two hours. it's not good for a ritz reputation, or any five-star hotel.

Absolutely Flawless Experience!
personal butlers helpful doormen nice room service really good housekeeping
The doormen were like personal butlers, always ready to help. I found steps inside the lobby, but rails and doormen helped with luggage. Room service was very nice, and I tipped every time. Housekeeping was really good, I tipped most days. They were very accommodating.
The gym was a little busy during peak hours. I had to wait briefly for a treadmill.

The Premium Suite Club Lounge Access was spacious. It had comfortable furnishings and modern amenities. The bed was comfortable. I slept soundly each night, and the blackout curtains ensured darkness.

The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section. The spa offered a variety of treatments. I enjoyed a relaxing massage.

Breakfast included a wide selection of pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. I loved the restaurant. It had delicious Italian food. The D-Bar served wonderful drinks. I especially liked the cocktails.

The service was immaculate. They really went out of their way. Karina and Katerina offered beyond really good customer service. Paloma's professionalism, and I extend a heartfelt thank you.

top notch Experience
clean room helpful staff
check in was fast. the room was VERY clean. All the staff were helpful. the breakfast was great and the coffee was good. The restaurant was also yummy.

the junior suite included two separate sinks. a rainfall shower was installed in the bathroom. the room included a minibar with complimentary soft drinks. the hotel provided free Wi-Fi throughout the room.
