great location friendly staff spacious room faulty air conditioning small fitness room slow check-in
the location proved excellent. it was very close to many attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and clean.
the air conditioning did not work as expected. it was difficult to adjust the temperature. the fitness room was quite small. i found the check-in process rather slow.

excellent location vast selection attentive staff
The location is excellent, providing quick access to major attractions. the breakfast offered a vast selection of high-quality options. the staff provided excellent service. They were always attentive and ready to assist with any request.
the fitness room, while equipped, felt rather cramped, limiting the workout space available. i believe an expansion or relocation of the fitness facilities would greatly enhance the guest experience. it was inconvenient.

a really good stay
immaculate hotel dedicated detail very nice kindness
The hotel exuded cleanliness. Every detail reflected dedication to guest comfort. i felt welcomed and valued throughout my visit. when i needed to extend my checkout time, the staff were pretty good. this act of kindness.
The fitness centre seemed smaller than i expected. it was a room. Some might find it misleading. i anticipated more equipment for a comprehensive workout.

faulty air conditioning low water pressure
I was disappointed with a few things . The air conditioning did not work properly. The room temperature remained a constant 22 degrees. The shower water pressure was minimal. I EXPECTED better.

fantastic!
excellent recommendation spacious room
the staff had excellent recommendations about the city and local eateries. the rooms were spacious and i found my stay quite pleasant. i noticed a michelin star restaurant was next door, a fancy perk. the location allowed me to easily explore.
the fitness room was small! it was full of equipment but barely had enough space. more than a couple of people could not use it safely. the free weights lacked a bench and space, so i found that inconvenient.

the lobby featured a great bar and the materials in my room were of high quality. breakfast offered a superb selection and the hotel provided welcome drinks. i also appreciated the convenience of the garage.

a satisfactory stay
good breakfast great variety slow check-in single beds
the breakfast was really good. a great variety of food was available. the location worked well and i walked a lot. i also used trams to venture further out.
check-in was very slow. check out, however, was quick and efficient. i was allocated a room with two single beds pushed together. i had booked a king room. i was told that no king beds were available until the following day.
