the location was acceptable close to many restaurants and transport links
the noise from slamming doors throughout the day and night was disruptive it echoed through the central stairwell a door damper might mitigate the disturbance

The hotel's location is great. It is near the city center and close to the metro.
I booked the hotel based on the photos and I thought my room would have a balcony. My room did not have any views. I was quite disappointed. the bed linen had hairs on it, which I considered very unhygienic.

the location suited me well. it was a convenient spot for accessing the museumsquartier. the staff displayed genuine friendliness and were helpful with my requests. the overall experience left a favorable impression (i might return!).
i found that the street noise was easily audible from my room. this occasionally disrupted my sleep.

I totally loved the great location! it was just minutes from the rathaus and the u-bahn. the internet speed was very nice, way better than other hotels i've been to. breakfast had a good variety, and i really enjoyed everything. the staff were polite. It.!!
The bar wasn't open one evening. It was a slight bummer after a busy day.

My room was AMAZING, large, and super clean!!! it had everything i needed. the modern decor made the room very comfortable and cute. I felt right at home .

The breakfast buffet offered many choices, including salads, vegan options, meat, sweets, milk, cereals, and coffee. the bar was diversified. It offered some drinks i did not get to try . i will be back soon!!!
