The rooms were modern and spacious. Complimentary food items were a nice touch.
I was disappointed to find the service slow. I waited twenty minutes for my bags to be picked up for the car. I almost missed my flight.

The hotel offered spacious rooms, great. I found complimentary food items (sample desserts and coffee pods) a pleasant surprise. The staff were also cute and very helpful.
The fridge could have been colder. I also think more water and towels should be provided.

The resort is well located, in front of the beach. It is also not far from the city center (i took a taxi). I appreciated that the restaurant had a beautiful view on the beach.

i was pleased with the airport transfer service, it was very useful. the pool area's proximity to the beach provided easy access. the gym had good facilities and a pool table was present. the bed was comfy and the bathroom felt nice.
i noticed the balcony doors didn't seal closed. this allowed external noise to enter the room and was disruptive.

breakfast had varied traditional options available to guests. the hotel restaurant provided thai and european dishes of excellent quality. i found the freshness and cleanliness of the food particularly good, even with the minimal selection.

The room featured glass water bottles and refillable soap in the bathroom. my room was impeccably clean and well kept by the cleaning staff. the room was spacious, providing ample room to move around and store luggage. I found it comfortable.

the hotel provided double kayaks and paddle boards for guest use. the beach was clean, and swimming was accessible with these facilities. i noticed they offer plenty of ice at the bar for refilling reusable bottles and staying hydrated.

The room was spacious, including a comfortable bed and a strong air-conditioning system. The TV offered streaming services, a feature I found beneficial. The restaurant served both Italian and local cuisine that was very good. I especially enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the calm, quiet location.
