Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were small and lacked a view from the front of the building, they were excellent for blocking out external noise, offering a peaceful stay. The room service was outstanding, with the manager even personally assisting with a surprise for me.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were excellent, well-planned, and beautifully clean, although some rooms lacked external windows which made it slightly claustrophobic in the morning. The service was amazing, especially from the hotel porter and the pool bar manager, Adrian. The location, right in the heart of Barcelona, was perfect for exploring the city. The dining experience was delightful, and the facilities were top-notch.

The hotel had a steam room that was simply the best I've ever used, but the suite I stayed in had a very small bathroom and shower, with a view obstructed by a pillar. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly from the check-in guys to the evening staff, making reservations for us. The location, just a couple of hundred meters down La Rambla south of Place Catalyunia, was amazing for exploring on foot. However, the design flaws like the obstructing pillar in the room could be improved.
