The staff was helpful . ferens assisted with getting a taxi on my last day. the location was very central. I could walk to many places. the rooftop terrace gave space to enjoy the sun.
The walls felt thin. I could hear sounds from adjacent rooms. i heard conversations and bathroom activity.

the hotel is near public transport for airport access and city tours. the air conditioning worked well. the room had a bed done and trash taken daily by the cleaning lady (a nice touch!).
i did notice the red color throughout the hotel was not the most appealing. homeless people were outside the door.

The klimaat was ronduit slecht. it felt bloedheet in the room, honestly. i guess i expected a bit more comfort. it's like they forgot what air conditioning is supposed to do. Not ideal.

The staff was helpful finding travel routes and venue tickets. they made sure i got around in the best way possible. the rooftop terrace offered great views of the city. my room was on the first floor and it had a nice garden balcony. It was excellent.
the walls seemed thin and i could hear doors slamming at night. that did disrupt my sleep a little.

the hotel has a very central location and i found several tourist spots nearby. i liked being close to a supermarket and a bus stop for airport transport, as this made travel easier.
