amazing bathroom helpful staff lovely staff
The room was beautiful with amazing bathroom fixtures. A roll top bath WAITS for a relaxing soak. Staff members were lovely and very helpful .
finding parking was a bit tight behind the hotel.

Fantastic Stay with Great Food!

I was so impressed with the helpful staff and their warm welcome. The English breakfast was excellent. I especially loved the restaurant. The food was really amazing, and the presentation of the dishes was wonderfully original! The waiter was so helpful, explaining the wines and suggesting pairings with my meal.
My room was quite small! The window was also very small, so the ventilation wasn't great. The bathroom felt tiny, and the fan in the bathroom was broken.

The location allowed easy access for walks into the town and visits to the beautiful cathedral. The historical setting of the building and neighborhood was great. Everything was accessible by foot, no car needed!

The room was spacious and had tasteful décor. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Fluffy white towels and Bramleys soaps were provided in ample supply. I also enjoyed the fresh milk and great coffee available.
The TV reception was dreadful.
