rooftop views standout orange juice close proximity
the rooftop terrace offered very nice views. i particularly enjoyed the orange juice during breakfast. it was a standout. the hotel is steps away from the mezquita, a great perk.
the air conditioning was not working adequately, it was a bit inconvenient.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great just outside the Mezquita. I enjoyed the central courtyard with a garden patio. It included a large canopy, an orange tree and a fountain.
Our shower was clogged and the shower head leaked. The bathroom floor was full of water. There was no gesture to compensate for the inconvenience. I don't think that's acceptable for the price we paid.

the hotel is very close to attractions.
i booked a superior double room, i was very disappointed. room 7 has one tiny window and feels claustrophobic. it was not what i expected based on the images online.

non-functioning air conditioning fluctuating shower
the rooftop terrace provided nice views of the surroundings during the day.
The room i stayed in was not satisfactory. The air conditioning unit did not function, resulting in discomfort throughout the night. furthermore, the shower temperature fluctuated from hot to cold, it created an unpleasant experience. the absence of valet parking also was not ideal for arriving guests.
