the staff welcomed my late arrival, everything prepared with care. the room provided absolute comfort, i found every necessity present. its location aided my travels, close to where i wanted to be. my stay felt tailored.
the system for the shower was not good. the temperature swung from hot to cold, never just right. in a hotel of this standard, i expect such details to be perfect. it created a real difficulty in relaxing.

the breakfast offered a good variety of food, so i could find something to my liking (especially the pastries).
The ventilation system did not work properly. I felt cold during the first day. when i reported this, the staff said it could not be fixed immediately. It took too long to change rooms. i also noticed a conference occurred, and the common spaces were very loud and full of people, impossible to use them.

The bar food prices caused a bit of sticker shock. Thirty-three euros for a club sandwich, some Fanta, and tea? I thought it costed too much for what you get. The room service menu had only some options, there was no water bottle as a courtesy.
