I found the breakfast to be amazing. It included varied breads, sweet and savory options, and juices. I liked that umbrellas were available for rent at reception for just 2 eur (very practical!). The staff were very kind and always ready to help.
The gym was temporary. AS a result, I did not use it.

The hotel staff members were always friendly and helpful; their service was efficient and professional (they greeted everyone with a smile!). They provided quick assistance with any requests. The concierge was particularly knowledgeable about local attractions.

The staff was friendly and efficient. i enjoyed the chocolates provided. It was a lovely touch. the location was PERFECT. It allowed easy access to all the main attractions. the hotel faces the canal, offering picturesque views.
I was disappointed that the room lacked a coffee machine. while tea was available, coffee would have been preferable. the mini bar was empty, unexpected. the hotel bar closed early one evening. I missed having a late drink.
