The location is amazing, super close to key spots! I enjoyed the city's vibe and its safe feeling. Shops and cafes are a short walk away. Casa de Colon's staff, especially Ana, were very helpful, a huge thank you! The excellent breakfast on the roof terrace, facing the cathedral, was more than I expected.
The room lacked a view. It faced an interior shaft. I found this a bit disappointing! It.

i found the staff very helpful. they were lovely. the location is excellent it is a stones throw from main sites. the hotel has character.
the room had no window. it only had a stained glass window that overlooked the hallway. despite the curtain, there was little privacy and not nice. the bed was quite small and very soft.

I found the staff helpful and friendly. They created a cute atmosphere. The hotel boasts beautiful décor and design, particularly the charming interior courtyard. The beds were very comfortable, and good pillows ensured a restful sleep. Breakfast on the rooftop had a full view. This was an added bonus.
