acceptable stay but issues noted
poor soundproofing substandard cleaning
the location is convenient it is close to main attractions.
the room was not sufficiently soundproofed i heard street noise all night long this made it difficult to sleep the hotel did not provide earplugs when asked cleaning was also substandard the floors were only hovered but not mopped .

mixed feelings about my stay
poor air conditioning sleepless nights
the location was good, close to many attractions.
The air conditioning was quite poor. The room never cooled below 27 degrees celsius. this resulted in several sleepless nights. i complained from the first day, especially considering the nightly rate.

Wonderful Hotel Experience
upscale furniture friendly staff excellent location rooftop bar
I found the level of finish on all the fittings and furniture quite upscale. The staff were helpful and friendly. I appreciated that. The location was excellent. It was about 100m from the main tourist square. The rooftop bar was great. I liked it very much.
The only slight issue was that the pool was mostly in the shade in the later afternoon.

The staff facilitated transportation to the train station. Pick-up was right at the door, which I found very convenient. I thought they handled my needs well and were very attentive. The service was great, and I appreciated it.

Breakfast offered many choices. The food was always replenished and fresh, which I appreciated. The breakfast staff were friendly. They were always available for assistance.
