The staff offered cava plus grapes for new year's eve. That was a nice touch. breakfast featured great options and a cozy breakfast area exists. the hotel has a beautiful design.
It was very difficult to locate the parking.

my deluxe room included a coffee machine and a coffee pot; both were very handy. toiletries are provided, the brand is rituals, plus they offer free water daily; a plus. the water pressure in the shower was strong; i found it very pleasant.

the hotel features a wide cafeteria on the ground floor; there, i could drink coffee, tea and water. the location is very close to the city center, i could get everywhere walking. a taxi rank is located right in front.

The room ventilation was NOT good. I found parking difficult. I had to park elsewhere which was a MAJOR inconvenience. Instant coffee was offered. I expected more from a hotel of this caliber. I was really DISAPPOINTED.

The staff welcomed me with such warmth, i felt instantly at home. my room was lovely, very comfortable, and the fridge had many treats. i especially loved the rooftop pool. It was a perfect escape after a day of exploration. the breakfast was AMAZING!!!
I did notice the absence of a bar within the hotel. many nearby places offer good drinks and tapas.

The bathtub was not renovated in my room. Workers started drilling at 8 AM. The hotel should have mentioned this possibility.

I found the rooftop pool clean and super refreshing. the wine selection was affordable, and i appreciated its excellent quality. the staff were friendly. I would definitely go back. one morning, i even saw the hotel staff had cleaned the windshield of my rental car, such a kind thing to do
The only slight hiccup was that the parking, though available, came with an extra charge. It would be awesome if parking was included
