The hotel is ideally located in a quiet area, close to major attractions and within walking distance of St Mark's Square. The rooms are impeccably clean, spacious, and equipped with air-conditioning. The service is outstanding and accommodating, although there was a lapse in not informing about the nearest vaporetto stop's closure. The dining experience offers delicious options but with limited morning service. Overall, a great value for a tranquil stay near Venice's main sites.
The hotel offers a perfect blend of Old World charm and modern amenities in spacious and comfortable rooms, providing a truly Italian experience. The location is excellent, close to San Marco Square but away from the crowds. The service is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel rooms were on the smaller side compared to other places we've stayed in Italy, but the view of Santa Maria del Giglio church was beautiful. The rooms were very clean with newly fitted bathrooms, and they included great amenities.

Having a real Italian balcony with a view of the church across the plaza was a nice touch. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very welcoming, polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Additionally, being able to take the water taxi directly from the hotel to the airport was a real bonus. The location was perfect, only a 6-minute walk from San Marco Square, quiet with a beautiful church directly outside, and a restaurant less than a minute away. The dining experience was enjoyable with a rich and tasty breakfast spread, and the facilities were excellent.
