friendly staff excellent breakfast convenient location
the staff was very attentive and friendly. i found the breakfast choices to be excellent. the ease of getting around from the location was AMAZING!!!
The corridors was a bit shabby. They could use some fresh decoration.

the staff welcomed us warmly, and i found daniel helpful. the location feels central yet peaceful, with a private dock for a water taxi. arriving at the hotel , we received a wonderful upgrade to a junior suite, it included marvelous views of the canal, a special treat.
during my visit , i noted that the hotel corridors was slightly worn, showing signs of age through sparse decoration, which did little to enhance the overall ambiance.

i found breakfast included a nice assortment of options, ensuring a pleasant start each morning. the dining area was kept immaculate, it was also quite spacious. fresh pastries and fruit were always available.

the hotel sits just minutes from major attractions, this offers easy exploration , i appreciated that the location provided quick access to key sights. the proximity to the grand canal was a bonus, allowing beautiful waterfront walks.

the service i experienced was genuinely attentive, with staff readily available to assist with any needs, particularly daniel. front desk personnel offered prompt help , answering questions and arranging transport. i found them courteous and efficient.

the lobby upstairs provided ample space for relaxation, it features comfortable seating. i used the hotel's convenient private dock for easy water taxi access. the hotel provides efficient luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out.

clean suite polite staff convenient location
the hotel location is very convenient near san marco avenue. i found the staff very polite. the junior suite canal view was very clean (it felt really well-kept).
i noticed a very slight musty smell in one of the corridors.
