I found the location very convenient. It is close to many attractions. the staff was very attentive and offered great assistance with directions. the room size exceeded my expectations, and the rooftop bar provided a peaceful escape from crowded areas.

the location was perfectly convenient and right in the heart of things without the busy nature of other spots, i thought. the breakfast space was quite nice too! breakfast was fresh, varied enough and i enjoyed it. i found the staff quite helpful and they are a big plus, offering good advice on many aspects of our activities.
I woke up with lots of mosquito bites. And i hadn't opened the windows .

my room was spacious and clean! the bathroom included easily accessible usb and regular plugs. the bathroom felt nice and oversized, a very welcome feature after a long travel day.

the staff were really helpful with any traveller questions! the hotel offered 24-hour reception. they organised transfers from and to the airport, it removed any nervousness about access.

the lobby was quite nice! the water ferry stops less than a block away. there are two minutes to grocery stores, cafes, and shops, it made things super easy for quick trips!

the location is ideal between major attractions, i thought. there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and baked goods very close by! it's a great spot to explore from, i was really happy.

The location suited my needs since attractions were within walking distance.
The room was not without problems. The shower drain was clogged causing water to flood the bathroom. Staff was unhelpful in addressing the issue. I did not appreciate this.
