The room looked nothing like the website. Even the most basic room photos are better. The room was grey with nothing on the walls. The bed felt lumpy.

the hotel location was excellent near the grand canal i reached st mark's square with a short walk the staff accommodated my early arrival my room was ready quickly i appreciated the large comfy bed in my room. breakfast was great with nice options i found it very pleasant. staff were accommodating and kind to guests. they were very helpful.
the room i had did not entirely match the photos i saw online it had a minimalist design with bare walls while the bathroom was good the overall room decor could use some updating.

The breakfast displayed a diverse selection of food, and the service was good (i especially liked cappuccino). Staff was very attentive, also they were helpful with reservations for attractions. It is near the griglio stop for the vaporetto.
The room looked nothing like the photos i saw on the website. The bed was lumpy, also there was no mirror in the room. These issues.
