i got room 7, a large double room it was. the breakfast room have a secret garden feel, super cute and nice for the morning. the location be great, it is near the train station and main attractions of the town, so easy to walk around. borrowing umbrellas from the hotel be really helpful during the rainy days.

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the train station and the Arena. Check-in was quick. The breakfast had ample options (i especially liked the croissants).
The room i stayed in did not match the photos online. The shower head was faulty. Warm water took about five minutes to arrive.

the staff was friendly, i will say.
My room did not match the pictures at all. the front desk person claimed an upgrade happened, but the room seemed worse. the shower head also had issues. It sprinkled water everywhere when opened too much, and warm water took about five minutes to arrive. surfaces weren't very clean either. The table had stains from previous guests' mugs.

The hotel location suited my needs. It provided walkable access to both the train station and city center. Staff members were cute, I must say. Breakfast was also an adequate start to my day.
My room had issues I observed. The air conditioning system did not cool the room effectively. The bathroom was downstairs because of a mezzanine layout, a problem for people with mobility difficulties. I could not switch rooms because none were available.
