I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying clean and comfortable rooms and the friendly staff. However, the dining experience had limited breakfast options. The location was great, close to the historic center but a bit far from nightlife activities. Despite a few drawbacks, the hotel offered good value for money overall.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a little disappointing, on the small side, making it challenging to leave my suitcase open on the floor. However, the location was convenient, situated between the train station and Piazza Bra, with picturesque views of nearby vineyards. The service was top-notch, very friendly, and always willing to help, although the dining was a bit basic. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, especially the bathroom, were nicely redone and looked good. However, my room faced the rear, making it very noisy due to the various fans and air conditioning units from adjacent rooms. The service was top-notch, with extremely welcoming and helpful staff. While the location was slightly out of the center, it was ideal for those arriving by train, being just a 10-minute walk away and easy to find my way to the city center. The dining experience in the nice courtyard was wonderful, but the food was quite basic and poor. Overall, a convenient stay with its ups and downs.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were unexpectedly warm despite being left on its coldest setting all day and night. They were spacious and had enough room for all my luggage. The location, although small and turned inland, turned out to be ideal for exploring the city. A good value for a great location.
The hotel is ideally located in the city center, within walking distance to all attractions. The rooms, although slightly small and lacking atmosphere due to being on a busy main road, have a pleasant courtyard view with a wonderful scent. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to assist us, even preparing the room early. The dining experience was good with a nice selection in a lovely courtyard setting. Overall, a convenient hotel with some minor room drawbacks but outstanding service and a great location.
