The hotel was absolutely beautiful, clean, and quiet despite the busy area. The largest balcony with a table and chairs was a great touch, but the room by raffelli always wearing a smile stood out. The service for exploring Venice was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the private pier made the arrival experience special. The dining at Hotel al Ponte dei Sospiri had a very good breakfast selection with lovely views of the Bridge of Sighs. The facilities were modern and well-kept, providing a great stay with some value for money.

While the room was a perfect birthday treat for my partner, with its spacious layout and elegant furnishings, the ambiance was truly special. However, the loud location near a bustling market affected our peace and quiet at night.

The relatively small bathroom, although elegant, requires a deeper clean to enhance the overall experience.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were extremely clean, and Raffaele was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and nice, and I would definitely stay here again. Being located above an independent restaurant added to the charm of the stay.
