Great Stay in the Old Town!
modern decor friendly staff key attractions
The location was superb near key attractions! The staff were friendly and helpful with directions. I especially enjoyed the comfortable lounge area because it was great. I also appreciated the modern decor of the clean rooms.
My room had very little light because it faced the back and had a small window.

convenient location
ideal location short walk
the hotel has an ideal location just a short walk from stores. i found it very convenient to get around using the nearby bus and metro stations. the bus stop to the airport is about a short walk away. there are plenty of restaurants in the area, including a restaurant right next door.
the room felt very plain with no mini bar. i thought it was overpriced considering the amenities. parking was located about a quarter mile away, it cost an additional amount for several nights.

my room was very spacious, a big plus for longer stays. i found the hairdryer provided was of excellent quality, a definite benefit. The bed was large and comfortable, it promoted a good night's rest.

excellent location train station taxi rank quiet interior
The location was excellent near the train station. This was convenient on arrival and a taxi rank across the road helped get to the airport. The hotel was very close to the river and to the city center, yet quiet. I found it peaceful inside.
The room was very plain. It has no minibar. I thought it was overpriced.

great location helpful staff gluten-free options
I loved how close the hotel was to the river! I could easily walk to everything. The staff were amazing. They provided helpful tips about local restaurants and directions. The breakfast was also fantastic, I was so happy they had options for gluten-free diets!
My room was quite dark. It only had one small window, so there was little natural light. When the lights were on, I noticed a lot of dust floating around. I was expecting a bit more from a pricier hotel. Maybe some better coffee.

great recommendation beautiful linen helpful staff
The staff offered great recommendations for nearby restaurants. i really liked the beautiful bed linen in the room! the bathroom had a walk-in shower. I found it excellent. the hotel is cozy, modern and stylish. all the staff were helpful.
i did notice dust floating around when the lights were on inside the room. this could be an issue with dust allergies. it would improve the experience to address this.

acceptable stay but some issues
great location transportation access personnel training excellent service
the location was amazing, really close to anything one could wish, including transportation like buses or trains.
The hotel calls itself boutique, but it really has nothing like that. i think it would be ok if it cost half the price. When i look for a boutique hotel, i expect excellent service, with trained personnel and the structure and comfort that is expected.
