Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with comfortable newly renovated rooms offering stunning views of the bridge. The service, although a bit pricey for motorcycle parking, was attentive and friendly. The location by the river was simply awesome, providing a quieter and less 'touristy' experience close to attractions like the hanging bridge and beaches of Getxo. The dining experience was delicious, but breakfast timing could be improved.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were a bit sparse in terms of furnishings and comfort, but we did have a nice view facing the river and bridge. The hotel felt a bit tired and gloomy, but there wasn't much to complain about. The location was ideal, with beautiful views of the river and easy access to nearby attractions, despite the rain preventing us from exploring. The service, on the other hand, was a mix - while some staff members were extremely helpful and accommodating, others left much to be desired. The dining experience was decent, but could have offered more variety.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room with a view of Puente Colgante was a bit tired and could have used some updating, plus the thin pillow per person was not the most comfortable. However, the service was top-notch with helpful staff arranging late check-out and giving detailed instructions. The location was excellent, right by the river and Vizcaya Bridge, offering great views and easy access to the ferry port. The dining options were limited and not the best value for money, but the hotel facilities were decent overall.
