excellent location spanish additions helpful staff
The location was excellent. I had easy access to nearby restaurants. breakfast had unique spanish additions. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful information.
the air conditioning was either too warm or too cold and that affected our sleep! however, the biggest drawback was the morning front desk receptionist.

The location was central. It made exploring very easy. i received a discount with parking la escandalera due to an arrangement with the hotel. i found the room to have nice amenities.
the front desk receptionist had a minimum of courtesy.

historic square juliet balcony helpful recommendation
the location was special overlooking the historic square it was like stepping into a painting i could see the cathedral right from my juliet balcony a sight i will always cherish the hotel arranged a convenient departure van for me and my luggage adding a touch of ease to my travels staff offered helpful recommendations for local spots enhancing my experience
the air conditioning proved difficult to regulate oscillating between too warm and too cold this impacted my sleep slightly it was a minor issue considering all the positives of my stay

fantastic location comfortable bed coffee machine
The location was fantastic, very close to main attractions. I was charmed by an upgrade to a triple room and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel even provided a coffee machine with capsules. What a nice touch. I really enjoyed it.
I found the door to the third floor fire staircase does not shut properly. This seemed like a safety hazard.
