great location nespresso coffee machine convenient code luggage storage
This pensión is in a great location. i had a code to enter the building and my room, so i didn't worry about keys. i especially loved the nespresso coffee machine in the room! the staff stored my bags after check-out. This let me explore more.
the room faced a dark shaft, so the window didn't offer much natural light.

The location provided easy access to many shops and restaurants. the staff offered excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit. i found the room spacious. It also included sundries and complimentary coffee. communication before arrival was professional and responsive.
our room overlooked the building's light well, so we could hear neighbor conversations when the window was open.

unreliable wifi limited breakfast
The wifi was not reliable. it made it difficult to stream videos. also, i found the breakfast options to be limited. More variety would have been nice. i expected more considering the rating, the selection felt a bit basic. we loved the cozy feel but these issues dampened the experience a little.
