a balanced stay
friendly staff comfortable beds missing tea low quality
the reception staff was friendly and helpful. i found the location convenient for train stations. rooms was clean and the beds were comfortable.
i had to ask for tea in the room because it was not properly stocked. the quality of the room wasn't what i expected for a 4 star hotel.

cute staff comfortable room clean room small room poor planning hidden light
i found the staff at the hotel very cute. nothing was too much trouble for them. the rooms were comfy and clean. the room had everything i needed.
The room was very small. nothing is well planned out. The lights in the hallway didn't come on when i was leaving the room until i was halfway down the corridor. the light switch is hidden at the side of the wardrobe.

a tender escape
gentle staff beautiful cocktails friendly staff cool music
the staff welcomed me like a long lost friend. the bar served such beautiful cocktails. the staff were so friendly upon my exiting. cool music played soft, relaxed vibes, bringing memories back like whispers on the breeze.
my room had no bedside plug near the bed. it was a small inconvenience, but i missed charging my phone close during sleep.

an okay experience
convenient location nearby restaurant easy transportation difficult privacy bright light missing blinds
the location was convenient. i found many restaurants in the area. also, public transportation was nearby and easy to access.
The room i stayed in had a skylight. This made privacy difficult. the light also made it hard to sleep past sunrise. there were no blinds to block the light.
