The location proved convenient. It was quite close to many attractions (I especially liked being near Borough Market). The staff also seemed friendly and helpful. The room came well equipped.
My room felt quite small for two people. Getting into bed required some maneuvering. The air conditioning did not work effectively enough. (It was a bit stuffy)

the location worked well for my travel needs.
The ipad controls were a bit finicky. I found them unresponsive a couple times. also, the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was disappointing. i had to go downstairs and pay extra each time i wanted a hot drink.

easy check-in comfortable room
The hotel offered fast and easy check-in. someone was available to get food and drinks 24/7. the room was quiet and comfortable. I always get a great night's sleep in their big beds!
I spent five days at this hotel and slept in two rooms. in the first room, i found the shower drain was clogged! the water did not drain, and when i turned the shower down a little, it went out. the door slammed a lot. If there was even a slight draft or someone walked through the hallway, it sounded like a train was going through the hall.

The hotel is close to Borough Market and major attractions. Bus, tube, and ferry locations are also nearby, which I found convenient. The room's lighting was nice, and I appreciated the comfortable bed. I did notice some wear and tear in the bathroom, but everything was functioning well.
Speaking with someone to resolve issues proved difficult. The chatbot was unhelpful, and I found it hard to get staff to respond. This.

the location really worked for me. bus, tube, and ferry access were all nearby. the room offered nice lighting. i did appreciate i was within walking distance of borough market.
I noticed some wear and tear in the room. The bathroom showed some minor use.
