The hotel's location is excellent for accessing transportation. I reached Westfield Stratford within 45 minutes using the nearby mainline station. Secure parking was available, a great convenience. The room had comfortable beds and air conditioning. I slept well. The provided linen felt soft and fresh.

I found that the car park was a little small. It was almost always full.

The room featured big mirrors and good lighting, a nice combination. A safe was inside the closet for valuables. There was a hairdryer available, useful after showering.

Simrean's welcome was warm. She was very friendly. She aided me when I arrived late at night. I felt nervous yet soon felt comfortable. I greatly appreciated the handwritten note and snacks in the room. It was a very nice touch. The air conditioning worked very well. This ensured a very comfortable environment. Reception staff were always polite. They were always prompt to assist.

The bed was a little firm for me. This affected my sleep quality slightly. It is a personal preference. Others may find it very comfortable. I did not have other issues.

the staff was accommodating i think, and the hotel offered excellent value.

the decor are very old i think. you could tell the hotel were very good a while ago. it need a lot of work to bring it up to standard i think. the window in my room face the swimming pool so there were a lot of kids shouting all day.

I found some problems with the breakfast. The food seemed to be lukewarm, which I didn't liked at all. the loud music was played in the breakfast area every morning. The sink in my room drained slowly and there was no plug. It's really disappointing.
