The hotel was beautiful, a romantic little haven. the staff were so kind, always eager to assist with directions and recommendations. a lovely cafe was just around the corner. Its pastries were divine.

the room i had was rather dark, even with the lights on. the television seemed quite old, a stark contrast to the modern decor. the water pressure in the shower was very weak.

i found the staff helpful and friendly, this was the best part of my visit. the architecture inside the hotel was beautiful, and i really liked the large terrace. i also noted how clean the service was throughout my stay, that was very appreciated.

the soundproofing wasn't amazing, i did hear some street noise at times, but this didn't affect my stay too much.

the hotel is conveniently located near the espanya metro station, it only takes two minutes to walk there. the location is situated in plaça d'espanya, near the arenas mall which allows for easy commutes.

breakfast included fresh orange juice. papaya and pineapple for options. there was also good jamón serrano available, which i liked. i also liked the option of a starbucks nearby for a quick bite.

the bed was a great size and very comfortable to sleep on during the days. the walls have decor with plant pictures, it adds a nice touch. the furniture is beautiful too, made the space more lively.

The hotel staff were friendly. They were always willing to assist with directions. the hotel breakfast offered a variety of options and the food tasted good. the location was convenient. It was easy to access public transportation.

The air conditioning in my room was quite dusty. This was not ideal. the bathroom had plastic partitions. This offered limited privacy. the water pressure in the shower was weak. It was hard to wash my hair.

the hotel decoration was stylish.

The noise from the digger outside was appalling. it ran through the evening and night. i complained multiple times before it stopped. That should have been managed immediately by the hotel, without my intervention. they waited far too long to address it.
