The location was convenient. it allowed easy access to nearby museums. the breakfast offerings were standard. I found a variety of options. the staff was polite and helpful. they maintained the hotel in immaculate condition.
my room felt slightly cramped. it lacked sufficient space for luggage storage. the bar was impacted by noise one evening. a crying baby disturbed the atmosphere.

the classic double room had beautiful furniture the bathroom included bath salts it was a tender touch. i appreciated the turndown service each evening a small candle was in the bathroom. the staff provided walking directions to the nearest underground station it was very helpful.
the elevator was a bit slow at times it was a minor inconvenience.
