The location was convenient. it allowed easy access to nearby museums. the breakfast offerings were standard. I found a variety of options. the staff was polite and helpful. they maintained the hotel in immaculate condition.
my room felt slightly cramped. it lacked sufficient space for luggage storage. the bar was impacted by noise one evening. a crying baby disturbed the atmosphere.

beautiful furnituretender touchwalking directions
the classic double room had beautiful furniture the bathroom included bath salts it was a tender touch. i appreciated the turndown service each evening a small candle was in the bathroom. the staff provided walking directions to the nearest underground station it was very helpful.
the elevator was a bit slow at times it was a minor inconvenience.

The staff was excellent and accommodated requests. I especially loved the martinis at the bar. The bartender was the friendliest person (it. The front desk staff offered recommendations and made dinner reservations.
I am owed a refund since July 2024 and until today i have received neither the money nor any meaningful reply to my repeated emails.

The hotel is located in the middle of a busy city. It's an easy walk to tube stations and fabulous dining. Reaching the Natural History Museum walking from the hotel is priceless. Harrods and Hyde Park are also within walking distance.

the shower temperature in my room was inconsistent. it fluctuated between hot and cold without warning. this made showering somewhat uncomfortable.

I was assigned a room near the elevator. I could hear it running all night. also, the minibar was not replenished daily, so i had to request items (which arrived late).
