The hotel's location proved central. I appreciated the proximity to transport and sites. The room size was adequate with enough space for luggage. I also liked the decor!

Staff members were helpful, promptly addressing requests and questions. Concierge services offered assistance with directions. I found the reception to be very responsive. Daily housekeeping maintained perfect cleanliness in every space.

the hotel's location was ideal. it was close to everything, like the plein and city center. the restaurant attached, bit, offered a superb steak. the staff were friendly to all of us.
i felt trams passed by every few minutes, under the room. the bed nearly vibrated because of this. i didn't have much sleep due to the trams noise.

the comfort room had quiet atmosphere. the room had options for eating, drinking and public transport. it was a short walk from the centraal station. strongly recommend tram usage for summer.

When i arrived, the restaurant seemed full. I saw a nice selection of gin and whisky. it was clear the hotel provided a good offer of beverage. i enjoyed the availability of beverages.

the hotel provides easy reach of the city and shopping district. it also includes easy access to public transport. the bar area is good for afternoon drinks. the staff are wonderfully helpful too.

The central location proved quite useful, with access to various points of interest.
My room faced an internal shaft, lacking proper ventilation (I felt a bit closed in). The noise from the air conditioning unit on the roof was constant. This made it impossible to open the window without significant disturbance.
