smart tv convenient check-in
The front desk staff was AMAZING!!! They helped me quickly with check-in. The Classic Double Room was very clean and had a smart TV. I was able to stream from my phone, convenient.
The Classic Double Room didn't have a minibar, which I consider a standard amenity for a hotel.

lovely lady glass of prosecco balloon dog
The receptionist was amazing and so kind. She offered me a glass of prosecco upon arrival. my children were offered juice also. the staff provided balloons and a banner for my son's birthday. They also left some chocolates and a balloon dog.

Fantastic stay!
central location good breakfast friendly staff convenient car park
I found a great location close to the Arndale Centre. The breakfast had good quality and I liked the many choices. Staff on reception were friendly. The car park on the first floor felt really convenient.
The shower had some mold in the bathroom.

The staff were excellent and always helpful. The team looked after people with kindness. Bar service felt friendly. Everyone was smartly dressed. I thought service was top notch.

I saw a really nice bar inside the building. Breakfast provided plentiful and hot food choices. My room was large. I had bedding and towels that looked crisp and clean. I thought the facilities were good.
