Excellent Location and Friendly Staff
room upgrade friendly staff
The room was clean, and the staff upgraded it because we were celebrating an anniversary. They even put up a banner with balloons. I found all staff to be very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of foods, from dishes for children to options for adults.
The hotel rooms were quite cold upon arrival, so I had to request that they adjust the heating. This was a minor inconvenience, but it did affect the initial comfort of my stay.

The room was spacious. I had a super clean room with a comfortable bed and quality linens. The climate control system worked efficiently. It provided a restful environment for my stay.

central location helpful staff dirty carpet faulty tap
The location was very central. The breakfast each morning had many options. I had a cooked breakfast each morning and it was WONDERFUL. The staff were very helpful when I asked for directions.
My room was not hoovered well. I saw bits all over the carpet. The shower tap was not working correctly as it was difficult to turn off. the ROOM felt a little shabby.

weak wifi bad air conditioning
the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
The wifi was almost unusable. I had to go to the lobby to get a signal SOMETIMES. the air conditioning barely worked. I reported it, but nothing changed.

The seasonal decorations added a festive touch! check-in was efficient, as staff quickly managed a busy period. I particularly appreciated the breakfast buffetwith many choices. Its central location made exploring convenient.
The wifi was unfortunately weak and unreliable , difficult to work from the room.

central location with some issues
blood stains mouldy bathroom
the location was central. (it was very convenient for exploring the city.)
the room was tired and in need of some updates. i found blood stains on the bed covers, and there was a rip in the fabric too. the bathroom also had mold on the shower screen, and the grout looked rather old.
