I appreciated the attentive staff. Mr ayoub at reception was helpful with directions and check-in. the breakfast buffet had tasty turkish options (i enjoyed the variety of cheeses). the location was convenient, right on taksim square. i liked that the room was modern and clean.

the front desk staff was attentive. ilyas upgraded my room (a really nice gesture!). the cleaning service kept my room immaculate throughout my stay. i found the hotel clean, more like a five-star hotel than a four-star.
the breakfast variety was somewhat limited, though what was available was quite tasty.
