Welcome to Mondrian South Beach – Miami Beach

I stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The one bedroom suite was fantastic, and they even greeted me with an amazing fruit plate and other great amenities. The service was top-notch, with a special shoutout to Beatriz and the rest of the staff who were incredibly hospitable. The location on South Beach was absolutely amazing, perfect for some relaxing hammock time. While the drinks were a bit pricey, the associates like Richard went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

The hotel needs refurbishment and was not ready on time for my stay, the cleanliness was questionable, indicating negligence. However, the service was a mix of luxury and friendliness, with Julio from New York being exceptionally helpful. The location was acceptable, lacking beach access, and handling of the pool area was disappointing. The dining experience was amazing, offering cozy seating with pool and ocean views. Overall, a place with unforgettable moments, both positive and negative.

My birthday celebration at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were immaculate and smelled great, but there were some issues with the surroundings below. The service was incredibly attentive, especially from the front desk staff. The location, while beautiful, had some disappointments with the pool area and unwanted guests. The dining options were consistently good. Overall, a lovely stay with a few hiccups.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were fantastic in terms of special lighting features and a brilliant shower design, but they need an update as cleanliness and facilities fell short, with stains on the carpeting and curtains. The location was good, not far from South Beach, offering a serene environment and a nice pool view, yet there were some issues like finding a drugs bag in one of the rooms. The dining experience was awesome but quite pricey, and the service was mostly prompt and professional with a hiccup in arranging transport to the airport.

The hotel has a mini kitchen including fridge and microwave in the rooms, but they were not as clean as expected for this level of hotel. The service was outstanding with the staff being friendly, happy & attentive, and very helpful in assisting with various needs. The location is excellent with a great view of the bay, especially for exploring the South Pointe area. The dining experience was ok but with limited choices. The facilities were well-equipped.
