the hotel is beautiful and clean. the reception service was friendly. i appreciated fred the porter. he was very professional and helpful, he patiently answered questions and showed us around. the service. i value seeing people who work with heart and passion.
the shower was a little hard to turn on. i noticed a charge for parking. i expected it waived since i am handicapped. this was an inconvenience .
