rooms need some help
rusty taps old room
The hotel common areas seem fancy, but my room felt OLD. rusty taps existed, and the mattress felt too worn. My sleep was bad. i COMPLAINED to the staff, and they moved me to another old room. it seems like only rooms meet expectations.

worn mattress rusty fixtures
i was a bit let down by a few things. My room felt quite outdated. The mattress was worn out, and , made it hard to sleep soundly. The bathroom fixtures looked rusty, it affected the overall feel.

live lilies pretty touch breakfast option
i really enjoyed the live white lilies throughout the hotel. they were such a pretty touch, even in my room! the breakfast had so many great options. the food was just perfect (especially the morning pastries!).
