the location rocks, it's central but tucked away from the touristy chaos. breakfast at the restaurant? superb. the staff were pretty good, super helpful with bags and directions. the courtyard was so peaceful, i forgot i was in a busy city.
the street outside was a little dim at night, felt a bit dark walking back alone.

The staff responded very quickly to any query i had. the apartment size was spacious and the bathroom had good lighting. i found the beds comfortable. i really loved the robe and slippers. I thought they added a nice homely touch. i appreciated the space for unpacking two suitcases. That detail was helpful.
The location is very hilly. It would be unsuitable for those with mobility issues.

The apartment itself was fantastic, it came equipped with all the necessary amenities, i found great attention was given to detail. a lovely terrace was available where i could unwind. It created a perfect setting for our stay.
I found a general lack of cleanliness upon arrival. There was dust on the floors. floors weren't cleaned and minimal cleaning took place.
