central location clean hotel convenient lift

the location was central near the bus station and ferry port it made getting around easy the hotel was clean throughout i also appreciated the lift eliminating the need to carry luggage up stairs

the shower had damages on the walls the shower head setting could not be changed

superb stay in center

central location helpful staff quiet environment really good breakfast

the location were great. i found it was in the middle of things, but set back so it was quiet. the staff was friendly. the breakfast was superb.

my room was small. it have a slanted roof that make it hard to get on the bed on one side.

The room was quite small, and i felt a bit cramped with my luggage. the air conditioning unit was also very loud. it made sleeping a little difficult. And the breakfast was just okay. i expected a bit more variety.

the location provided easy access to many historical sites. staff demonstrated helpful service. breakfast included fresh fruit it was a nice touch.
