the staff was cheerful and very helpful . the complimentary mini bar included water cola and chocolate. i appreciated the convenient location close to museums and transport.
the walls seemed thin and i could hear noise from other rooms. sleep was difficult because of the noise from doors closing and voices outside.

The location is excellent. Museum tours are easily accessible from here. Breakfast offered a nice selection of items. The staff was very friendly, I noticed.
The air conditioning switched on during the whole night though it was a constant alarm.

The room was pretty small. Unpacking for my 4-night stay in the "small twin room" proved difficult (i had to live out of my suitcase). housekeeping seemed a little rushed on one of the days. I noticed some spots that were missed. the breakfast options were quite basic. i wished there was a bit more variety.

My room, the small twin room, was small. Barely any space to move. the walls were thin. I constantly heard noise from other rooms and the hallway. breakfast was quite basic, and there weren't many options available. the wifi was very unreliable. It kept disconnecting, frustrating.
