the staff were helpful with directions and information. the location is convenient with easy access to transportation. the room was very clean and well-kept. i liked that the hotel scheduled canal tours with pickup at the back door.
the deposit requested at the front desk seemed high. i thought the furniture in the room looked a bit dated. some wood surfaces in the room showed noticeable wear.

The Panorama Junior Suite was ample with tasteful contemporary decor. The room is equipped with electric curtains that open when guests enter the room. I did notice sheep and a pony in a pre-K school next to the place. The view to the canals and parks is amazing I think.
The spa area is fine but the pool is too cold. I wish they would be more helpful in finding a table at the restaurant. We were told that there was not a single table available in any restaurant. Staff was not willing to put us on a waiting list.
