The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities seemed well-kept. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the city centre and the station. The breakfast buffet was well stocked, even during peak times. The evening meal provided a good range of choices. I found great value for the money.
My room's heating system was off upon my arrival, so it was FREEZING!!! It took several hours for the room to reach a comfortable temperature. the bathroom remained quite cold.

claire and saskia were excellent, they really helped me out! i found the location so handy for getting around. i noticed my room was clean and quite modern. i even got an upgrade for very little extra!
i did notice the paintwork could use some refreshing, but honestly, it wasn't a big deal.

The location was AMAZING, just a short walk from the railway station. The staff were very friendly and cute upon arrival. My room had sockets by the bed, SOOO convenient!
The shower was quite small. It was difficult to turn around comfortably. the road works nearby caused some noise at times. Finally, there was NO lift. It was a bit of a climb with my luggage.

i found the location great for access to the city centre. it was a short walk to many attractions. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful making my stay easier. the newly refurbished room impressed me with its updated bathroom and fresh paint.
i had issues with the evening meal i ordered at the hotel. the curry lacked flavor and tasted watery. the chicken wings were also disappointing diminishing the otherwise positive experience.
