broken toilet seat radiator dust
The location was convenient to attractions.
I found dust inside a radiator which was unacceptable I would have been annoyed if I had dropped something down there. Also the toilet seat was broken.

extra goodies comfortable bed really clean room
the host was so cute! she showed me around the room and pointed out a few extra goodies i wouldn't have noticed! the room was looked super fresh! the bed was amazingly comfortable and i got the best nights sleep i've had for several nights!

a homely stay
warm host free upgrade special weekend
Jackie, the host, greeted me warmly. she upgraded my room to a junior suite at no extra cost. breakfast arrived to my room each morning. It really made my weekend very special.
The fabric conditioner had an overpowering scent, i couldn't sleep well. i found dust inside a radiator. what if my phone had fallen there. It would have been so dusty.

free parking exists , a significant advantage. the hotel includes a sauna and a spa pool, perfect for relaxation. there are also shops and places to eat located close by, i found this convenient.

the room was spacious and clean, i found it lovely. the room included nice touches, such as decorations. towels and blankets were provided, particularly thoughtful with dogs, it shows love.

Breakfast was freshly cooked to order, a nice touch. i texted my order to jackie the night before. the food was of superb quality. I really loved the care.

communication proved timely and efficient, it was cute. the staff was helpful. they went out of their way to ensure i got reunited with some forgotten jewellery, i found that special.

the suite had everything i wanted. the bed was comfortable. the bathroom included a jacuzzi bath and separate shower.
