The staff were helpful enough when i asked about local attractions. Nothing above and beyond, but acceptable.
the room they initially gave me reminded me of a closet. seriously, i could barely turn around without bumping into something and the window faced a brick wall. it was a depressing experience.

The staff was attentive. The 24-hour concierge service was a HUGE plus. I found bottled water readily available in the lobby, REALLY convenient. The provided welcome drink gave a warm reception.
The soundproofing could use some work. Noises from the corridor were audible at times.

The hotel sits close to many restaurants. I counted about thirty to forty within 200 meters. the flat surrounding area made walking easy to various points of interest. the riverfront sits approximately 500 meters away.

The staff provided a bottle of champagne because it was our anniversary, this was appreciated. the staff were excellent. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. the artwork in the foyer gave the hotel a homely atmosphere.

the staff were very friendly!!! i went to the wrong hotel and the staff person there took my luggage to the correct one for me. i enjoyed the welcome drink, it was very refreshing. the location is also excellent.
the room was pretty dark, it was hard to see anything. there was no natural light, not great. it was hard to store everything and walk safely in the room!!!
