Decent Stay, Some Issues

The location was very central. It made getting to many places quite easy. The staff were nice and helpful giving advice on how to get around. Breakfast included a good variety of foods like fruit, yoghurt, and pastries.
The electrics were not great. The socket plate on my side of the bed was very loose! and coming away from the wall. I had to hold the hairdryer plug into the socket in the bathroom to make it work. One window did not shut fully, it was a modern upvc window.

the location was acceptable. the room size was good.
The air conditioning was not working properly, so it was difficult to sleep comfortably. the breakfast was mediocre. It lacked variety and the quality was not excellent. i also noticed the staff at breakfast seemed rather UNFRIENDLY.

The hotel offered a marvelous view of the carmo convent museum. i found staff very courteous. Rafael was very kind. the location is central and walkable to attractions. The plaza and cathedral were very close.
The electrics need attention. The socket plate on my side of the bed was loose.

the hotel's central location made sightseeing easy i could walk to many attractions the staff were helpful they quickly addressed my questions the room was clean and well-kept it made my stay comfortable i also liked the river view from my window it added a nice touch to my experience.

the room featured a large, comfortable bed and a spacious layout it included a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower the air conditioning worked efficiently ensuring a comfortable temperature the room was also very quiet at night.
