Amazing Palace Experience!
great service excellent condition fine palace helpful staff
I loved the great service I received . The hotel grounds are beautifully kept (a real treat for the eyes!). I found the whole place fine, which really added to the experience. The staff was helpful and they provided port and sweets in my room upon arrival, it was fantastic!
The main sitting area felt a bit small considering the hotel size, I noticed it.

The hotel provides a shuttle into town (very useful!) and it made getting around simple. An indoor pool with a sauna is available for relaxation. There is also a relaxing outdoor area with a bar.

The breakfast had warm vegetables (a great touch!). The selection of food was very nice, and the coffee was the best I have had in a long time. The breakfast buffet opens until 11 am.

The room was super clean and quiet with a great view of the river. There was also a choice of pillows available, allowing a very personal comfort. Tea and coffee facilities were also available in the room.

the palace is a beautiful hotel. i found my suite to be very spacious. the views were lovely. the staff were professional.
i found the corridors to be dark and a little smelly.

The suite included a king-sized bed. there were two separate seating areas. the bathroom featured marble finishes and a rainfall shower. It was HUGE!!!

mixed feelings about the stay
food preparation mistaken orders
the building itself is beautiful and the grounds are fine. the setting felt special.
The restaurants were below expectations. I found the food preparation to be lacking. there were long waits for food items and mistaken orders occurred. the staff were kind though.

the hotel included free car parking. the infinity pool was clean. the hotel itself appears like a period building. the staff was friendly.
the fence around the hotel makes it hard to reach by taxi.

excellent breakfast friendly staff small window stained carpet
The breakfast buffet was excellent. I enjoyed the wide selection of items. The quality of the food stood out! The hotel staff were very friendly and professional, I appreciated their attentiveness.
The room had a very small window to the river. The carpet in the room looked old and had many stains. I was not happy about it.
