awesome breakfast friendly staff attended part old bed extreme noise uncomfortable bed
the staff were always friendly. they were also customer centric. they were efficient too. breakfast choices are awesome. the food was so great. all parts of the building are attended to.
I could hear people outside in the car park. i could also hear them outside my room. the bed was way too old. it was also uncomfortable. the bed made so much noise. I felt embarrassed to move much. i am sure everyone outside the room could hear it.

fantastic stay!
friendly staff welcome feeling amazing food
the staff was friendly and supportive throughout the hotel. i brought my dog, and the hotel supplied a dog bowl, bed, and treats. the bar food was AMAZING!!! it was also reasonably priced.

the staff was professional and attentive from arrival. they were supportive everywhere. the warm reception created a cute atmosphere. it enhanced the overall experience a lot.

the rooms had perfect features. the hotel is tastefully decorated with wonderful features. the rooms were spacious and clean. tea and coffee facilities were present. i found the room immaculate.

i had room service one night, and the food arrived piping hot. the food was very tasty. the second night, i ate in the restaurant. i found the waiting staff just attentive enough.
