loud air conditioningdated bathroom
our room was not what i expected. the air conditioning was quite loud, it had an intermittent knocking noise. the bathroom felt dated, it was not a modern space. there was a layer of dust in some areas, i did not find it appealing.

The location was convenient with access to nearby shops.
The room I was assigned smelled strongly of stale cigar smoke (even though it is a non-smoking hotel). Despite attempts to air it out, the odor was embedded and quite unpleasant. I emailed the manager about this issue, yet I received no response.
