the staffs showed love. the front desk receptionists had smiles. i thank vivien, joy, kat and daman. all hotel facilities are great. cleaning occurred daily and proper.
the steam and sauna room was not on. they were very poor. stains were in the bath tub.

I found the staff always happy to help. the front desk staff were very friendly. housekeeping staff kept my room super clean, a real plus. valet parking was prompt. The staff were also polite.

the location allowed easy access to jumeirah beach residence. marina views from the hotel added to the appeal. i found several tours picked me up directly at this location.

the location was decent (i suppose) near the marina.
The room was not what i expected. there was no hot water in the shower, so i had to take cold showers. also, the wifi was terrible. I could not even make video calls to my family.

The staff at reception were helpful. They stored my luggage after checkout so I could enjoy the pool. The pool offered a nice view. It was convenient that the hotel was close to the metro station. I found the team to be friendly and quick in responding to requests.
The steam room and sauna were not in optimal condition.

The waiters were attentive and inquired if everything met expectations. Aiman was especially helpful at reception. Bhoj and Sultan were also particularly good. Awish, the night shift bellboy, provided excellent service.

I found the food delicious!!! Breakfast offered diverse options suiting different nationalities. The breakfast buffet was available until 10:30. I enjoyed the variety and abundance of food. I thought that was AMAZING!!!

The location is practical and close to the metro. The beach is within walking distance. It is in a very central spot. This made getting around straightforward. I not sketchy at all walking around.

The pool is well-kept and offers a nice space to relax. The hotel offered valet parking free of charge. There are rooms available with Marina views. The rooms are clean. I found the bed comfortable.
