attentive staff prompt room service comfortable bed accessible location
The reception staff were attentive. the room service was prompt. i found the hotel clean. My room had a comfortable bed. the location suited my needs for business meetings. i enjoyed the accessibility it provided to nearby commercial areas.
the gym was a bit small for my liking. the equipment seemed a bit dated. i also noticed the absence of a dedicated stretching area, made my workout less complete.

my beautiful king room had ample space. i had a king-size bed. it included a work desk. the bathroom featured a separate shower. a bathtub.

wide choice equipped gym convenient location
the breakfast offered a wide choice of fruits it was a great way to start the day i also found the gym well-equipped it had all the necessary equipment for a good workout the location proved very convenient the metro station was a short walk away
the valet parking service could be slow at times i had to wait longer than expected

nice staff various choices poor soundproofing disturbing music
The staff was very nice and accomodating. I am grateful that the breakfast was great with lots of choices for everyone.
The rooms aren't sound proof. I could here a lot of noise of people goin around the corridor. Music noise during weekends was audible, I was given a room on the 7th floor and it was disturbing.

excellent service diverse menu modern equipment
The staff at the reception provided excellent service. They were always available and ready to assist with any requests. The Toshi restaurant had excellent food. I specifically enjoyed the diverse menu. The gym had modern equipment. I used the treadmills and free weights frequently.
The hallway carpets showed some wear.

The hotel is located within walking distance of a metro station. It only took me about 9 minutes to reach it. The hotel is close to many attractions. This location made it convenient for exploring.

Breakfast included a wide variety of options. I sampled the local dishes and international cuisine. The restaurant staff was attentive and made sure all guests were comfortable and well-served during the busy breakfast hours.

The pool area was well-kept. It featured ample seating. The hotel had a karaoke club. I was able to unwind and have fun in a relaxed atmosphere.

freshly cooked eggs friendly staff good location old appliances unfriendly lady night noise
The breakfast had a large variety of tastes and cuisines. Freshly cooked eggs were a nice touch.. beautiful yoghurts and fresh fruit were available too. The staff was super friendly. The location is very good.
The rooms were not particularly clean. The appliances in the room were old. The sales lady was not friendly. The hotel is noisy at night.
