professional service daily cleaning varied sweets
the reception staff provided very professional service they always seemed available i want to thank the housekeeping staff they cleaned the room daily they arranged items very well moreover they left different sweets in the evening
the hotel offered expensive tour options compared to outside vendors i located the same tour at a cheaper price elsewhere

Jelta at the reception WAS helpful. I found her cute. The lobby felt inviting. I could relax over coffee. It WAS also easy to meet people.

My room was a Beautiful King Room. The bed was large. I appreciated the quiet air conditioning. The bathroom had a separate tub and shower.
